Stem cells can be categorized into hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cell, endothelial progenitor cells and many others. Hematopoietic stem cells are predestined to be blood cells: red blood cells, white blood cells and platelet. They regenerate blood components in human blood circulation system. These stem cells can be found in cord blood, bone marrow and adult peripheral blood. Currently known that the most regenerative potential one is found in cord blood.
